Siblings: Mary Marthaler, Terry Marthaler, James Marthaler Sr.

Daniel was known for his super Intellect, humility, kindness, politeness, and quick wit. He was an avid reader, movie buff, bridge-playing champion, and comic book lover. He has his Masters Degree in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He was a fan of the Jeopardy show and liked to attend Celebrate Recovery. Dan is a Christ follower and he and his wife Sandra attended Colorado Community Church in Aurora, Colorado. He is survived by his wife Sandra Faye Marthaler, his oldest son Jonathan Blake Marthaler, his daughter-in-law Jennifer Diane Marthaler, his sister Mary Frances Marthaler, and his brother James Marthaler Sr. He is preceded in death by his youngest son Andrew Allen Marthaler (12-15-1990 to 2-8-2015) and his sister Terry Jean Marthaler (9-4-1952 to 6-16-2016).

The service will be held at the Heather Gardens Clubhouse on January 25, 2025, at 4:00pm
